  5. I'm going to do this one tomorrow morning :). Ali, i did the 30 day love yoga and now i'm not sure what to do, i want to practice daily. I usually do beginner classes because i am not all that flexible yet, i'm not sure if i should make myself a month long playlist from your beginners videos and do that. Do you have any suggestions? Maybe i should repeat the 30 day love yoga. I think i will do HIIT on Wednesdays for sure. 🙂
